In Store: Unworn clothing that has not been washed or altered in any way and accompanied by original tags and packaging can be returned in store within 7 days for Exchange or Store Credit (store credit is valid within a year of being issued). Accessories, home goods, sale items and swimwear/intimates are final sale unless otherwise specified.
Online: Unworn clothing that has not been washed or altered in any way and accompanied by original tags and packaging can be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt either in store or shipped back at the shipper's expense to:

We ship via Canada Post and all packages are calculated for shipping costs using the Canada Post shipping calculator
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs and duties
Orders shipped within Canada are applicable to 13% HST
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and can not refund any shipping costs.
